About

 

Alexis Antonio Henriquez Nunez was born in the olympic and cultured city of La Vega, Dominican Republic and earned his bachelor degree in Law at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) in 1985.

Throughout his career, Lic. Henriquez has held a variety of important legal positions in both private and public sectors, including Judge President of the First Criminal Chamber of the National District and General Director of the General Direction of Customs of the Dominican Republic.

He assumed his duties as Consul General of the Dominican Republic in Philadelphia on June 1, 2022 with the objective of optimizing services offered to Dominican citizens in his jurisdiction and general representation of the Dominican Republic while developing participation and integration strategies for Dominicans abroad which consolidate the bonds that unite them to their country.
