Yaron Sideman, Vice President, is the Consul General of Israel to the Mid-Atlantic Region. He began his post on August 27, 2012, and is the highest ranking diplomatic official representing Israel in this region. Mr. Sideman is a graduate of the Israel National Defense College. He served in his most recent position at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Director of Congressional Affairs at the North America Division, where he was responsible for supervising and directing Israel’s relations with the U.S. Congress. He and his wife Tamira have two wonderful children – Tal and Omri. Mr. Sideman is an ardent music lover and a classical guitar student.
