The Consular Corps Association of Philadelphia (CCAP) hosted presentations by Netanel Portier, Director of the Mural Arts Institute, and Elissa Bloom, founder of Bloom Fashion Design, for an audience of CCAP Members at the Welcoming Center in Philadelphia. In both cases, the presenters emphasized areas of potential cooperation with CCAP as their organizations look to expand international engagement. The event provided networking opportunities and refreshments.
